Hi Clair, thanks for sharing your Mclarens story! I bought a horn that was very used, so I think it helped that it was a little tarnished. It’s possible that those who have had trouble were using spray paint from a hardware store and not an art store. The specific type of paint I used is Montana Gold. It’s a flatter paint and not glossy on its own. I think I sprayed from one angle at a time and let about an hour pass before turning and working from another angle.

Hello this a really amazing gift! and I was just searching though hundreds of google and online selling sights looking for a “blue french horn” and you probably know how hard that can be when i found this! I want to surprise my new boyfriend with it for Christmas since we met at the pub Mcphees that Mclarens is created after in HIMYM. I was just wondering how you got the paint to stick so well onto your horn? it looks great! but in all the other sites I’ve went to they said it was incredibly difficult? Hoping you can help

If the supply side could lower their cost of doing business, they can hire more workers, therefore, creating more buyers and the buyers (demand side) would get their lower priced product to buy.

What’s keeping the supply side fron lowering their suggested retail price is – Exccessive Regulation
- Union Wages
-Taxation
-uncertain economy

Otherwise, since they cannot sell below the cost of production they eigther close up shop or take the business overseas for fewer taxes, regulation and lower minimum wages
